Summer Grilling

If you're grilling this weekend, don't forget your veggies!  Add a grilled vegetable platter to your repertoire.  This is an easy, colorful way to make sure your day is packed with nutrition.



Here. I mixed some grilled portobello mushrooms, grilled red and yellow sweet peppers, grilled onions, with some steamed artichoke halves, fresh tomatoes, and avocado, served with a dressing made with unsweetened soymilk, roasted garlic, raw cashews and fresh lemon juice.

Eat your veggies!
